Position: Girls Academy Coach

Position Duties:

·        Lead training sessions that enhance the technical and tactical understanding of soccer.

·        Apply principles of sports psychology to enhance player motivation, mental resilience, and performance consistency.

·        Oversee the holistic development of players, ensuring a balance between competitive success and personal well-being.

·        Serve as a role model and mentor, promoting the club’s values through professional conduct and strong interpersonal leadership.

Salary: $39,690 per year

Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sports Management

Special Requirements: Must possess U.S. Soccer grassroots coaching license and have at least 2 years prior experience as a collegiate soccer athlete. Must have at least 3 months (1 season) of experience (1) applying player-motivation techniques within a team setting, (2) leading teammates in the execution of technical and tactical soccer principles, including ball control, small-group tactics, and team attacking/defending strategies, (3) communicating practice objectives, performance feedback, and evaluations to teammates and/or coaching staff, and (4) helping organize or facilitate team training sessions.

20% domestic travel to away games for team.
